Why Fruit and Vegetable Purées?

MeL-Co® Purées contain intact sugars, active enzymes, fruit acids, pectins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, flavonoids, and isothiocyanates in the ratios present in the freshly harvested products.

Preparation:

Fresh and mature fruits and vegetables of the highest quality are the only ingredients used to manufacture MeL-Co® Purées. No water is added. MeL-Co® Purées are preserved with either Phenoxyethanol or Benzyl alcohol/Benzoic acid/3-Acetyl-6-methyl-2H-pyran-2,4(3H)-dione, so no refrigeration is necessary.
